Green Factory Operations

Our 4MW rooftop solar system powers a significant portion of our manufacturing operations across 3 factories — Hoa Xa, Bao Minh, and Tan Thanh. Combined, these facilities span 270,000 sqm and employ 1,800 workers.

Through smart kiln drying technology and process optimization, we have achieved a 37% reduction in energy consumption compared to conventional drying methods. Our water treatment facility ensures responsible water usage and recycling throughout the production process.

The Tan Thanh factory, built in 2021, was designed with sustainability as a core principle — featuring the 4MW solar array and energy-efficient production lines.
