Design & Engineering

Share your designs, drawings, or reference samples. Our engineering team performs Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analysis, material selection, and cost optimization. We provide detailed feedback within 5 business days.

Sampling & Approval

Pre-production samples delivered within 2 weeks. We work through revisions until the sample meets your exact specifications. Sample costs are deducted from the first production order.

Production & QC

Mass production with in-line quality control at every stage. Our IKEA-trained QC team conducts pre-shipment inspection on every container. Real-time production reports available to clients.
