Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions from US and Canadian buyers about partnering with NAFOCO.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 1x20ft or 1x40ft container per product, depending on item size and complexity. For new OEM partnerships, we can discuss flexible arrangements. Contact our sales team with your volume requirements for a specific quote.
What certifications does NAFOCO hold?
We are fully certified with FSC Chain of Custody (since 2016), ISO 9001:2015, BSCI, and C-TPAT. We have been an IKEA IWAY-certified supplier since 2007 — one of the most rigorous furniture manufacturing standards in the world.
What is the shipping time to the United States?
US West Coast (Los Angeles, Long Beach): 24-26 days transit time. US East Coast (New York, Savannah): 30-38 days. This includes ocean freight from Hai Phong port, Vietnam. All US-bound shipments are C-TPAT certified for expedited customs processing.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we ship to Canada via Vancouver port with 24-28 days transit time. We also offer cross-border logistics through US ports for Canadian destinations.
Can you produce custom OEM furniture?
Yes, OEM/ODM manufacturing is our core business. With 30+ in-house engineers and custom automation capabilities, we can manufacture furniture to your exact specifications. Share your designs or reference samples for a quote.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard terms: T/T (30% deposit, 70% against bill of lading copy) or L/C at sight. Terms can be negotiated for long-term partnerships and volume commitments.
How do you ensure quality consistency?
Our ISO 9001 quality management system, combined with in-house automation (custom 3-axis robots delivering +/-0.5mm precision), ensures consistent quality across every batch. Each container undergoes pre-shipment inspection by our IKEA-trained QC team.
What is the acacia wood quality and source?
Our acacia wood comes from our own 1,200 hectares of FSC-certified forests in Vietnam. Acacia is naturally durable, weather-resistant, and has beautiful grain patterns. It is an excellent sustainable alternative to teak at a more competitive price point.
